Order Shipment
To maintain the freshness and optimal temperature of our products, we use insulated boxes lined with styrofoam. Next, we layer ice gel packs between and amongst the box contents. We use packing materials specifically designed for shipping perishables, so you can rest assured your products will arrive in the best possible condition. Both the shipping cooler and the ice packs can be reused and recycled.
Shipping Method
Your location in the United States will dictate the method of FEDEX/ UPS/USPS shipping, as we allow a maximum travel time of TWO days to ensure the highest quality. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we strongly recommend that someone is present at the shipping address to receive the package. If no one is present, FEDEX/UPS/USPS will deliver your box to the door at their discretion. A signature is NOT required to secure your shipment from CARRIERS.
Under no circumstances, will FEDEX/ UPS or DAVINCI PIZZA be accountable for spoiled or stolen food products due to an empty house or closed business. Also Davinci Pizza is not responsible for delays in delivery due to issues with Fedex and or UPS.
