Order Processing
You can place your order online 24/7. Orders are processed and shipped MONDAY-Tuesday Only Any orders received after MONDAY will be shipped the following week. When we receive your order, you will get an e-mail verification with an order number. We send an additional email once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be available when the package leaves our STORE in Brooklyn.
PLEASE NOTE: We may print your label ahead of time. If you receive an email notification that your order shipped, track it via the FedEx / UPS link provided and check the ship date. Your order might not be shipping out until the next day.
